Behavioural Intelligence Risk Assessment

The question is never whether behavioural risk exists.
It is whether you can see it.

The BIRA is a consultant-led assessment that reads the behavioural signal your organisation is already producing and returns judgements your board can defend.

Who it is for

Built for the people who own the consequences

The BIRA is designed for Chief Risk Officers and Chief Executives. Not because others cannot use it, but because behavioural risk concentrates where accountability does.

It is commissioned when leadership senses that something is shifting inside a function, a programme or the enterprise itself, and wants evidence before the shift becomes an event. It is also commissioned cold, as a disciplined baseline, before a transaction, a transformation or a regulatory conversation.

What you receive

Findings that survive scrutiny

  • I

    A defined evidence perimeter

Agreed at commencement. The methodology does not change with the perimeter; only the evidence available to it does.

  • II

    Convergence-tested judgements

A judgement is only issued where independent lines of evidence converge. Where they do not, the finding is insufficient convergence, reported as exactly that. We do not fill silence with opinion.

  • III

    Function-level intelligence

Signals and confidence are reported at the level of the function, aligned with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This is intelligence for governance, not surveillance of people.

  • IV

A report written for the board

Declarative, evidenced and free of vendor theatre. Every judgement carries its confidence and its evidential basis.

Engagement bands

Scoped to the decision you face

Band one

Team or function

A single team or function where leadership wants early, evidenced sight of how behaviour is developing.

Band two

Programme or business unit

A programme, transformation or business unit where behavioural risk moves across teams and reporting lines.

Band three

Enterprise-critical

Enterprise-critical scope, commissioned at board level, typically ahead of a transaction, restructure or regulatory engagement.

Fees are fixed per band and agreed before commencement. Fifty per cent is payable at commencement. Pricing is provided on enquiry.

Independence

We take no follow-on delivery work from a BIRA

An assessor who profits from the remediation has an interest in the findings. We remove that interest structurally. SecureHaven takes no delivery, remediation or implementation work arising from a BIRA's findings.

You receive judgement with nothing attached to it. That is the point.

If the signal is already forming,
the only question is when you read it.
